What's Covered on a Bench Build
Two separate warranties apply to anything built here — ours on the workmanship, and the manufacturer's on the component itself. Here's where each one starts and stops.
Workmanship, One Year
Every build we assemble is covered for one year against workmanship issues: a shaft that loosens in the hosel, a grip that slips at the seam, loft or lie that moves out of spec without the club being bent again elsewhere. If something we built fails on our end, we fix it at no charge — that's a promise about our bench work, not the components themselves.
Normal wear — grip tack fading over a season, groove wear from use, finish scuffs from bag traffic — isn't a workmanship issue and isn't covered, though we're happy to quote a refresh at standard bench rates.
Manufacturer Coverage
Heads and shafts carry whatever warranty the manufacturer offers, typically covering structural defects like a cracked face or a shaft that fails under normal use. We handle the claim process on your behalf if a manufacturer issue comes up on something we built or sold.
Something Doesn't Feel Right?
Bring it in and we'll check it against your original build card before anything gets billed.
